Malini is an employment and labour lawyer with Nelligan Law in Ottawa. She maintains a broad-based practice, acting for unions and employees in the fields of human rights, health and safety, discipline and dismissal, and any other issue that may come up in a workplace. She represents workers in the public and private sectors, with particular expertise in the niche areas of construction labour and federal public sector labour law.
Malini has represented clients before various provincial and federal tribunals, adjudicators, and courts. She is a frequent speaker on Canadian employment and labour law issues, and has appeared on CBC News, Global News, and CTV, among other news media outlets.
Malini holds a JD from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.
