Where cancelled one calendar month or more before the hearing date – no charge
Where cancelled within one calendar month of the hearing date – $1000
Where cancelled within ten business days of the hearing date – $1000 per scheduled day
If not cancelled by the day before the hearing date, $3000 for the first day and $1000 per scheduled day thereafter.
