Standard Fees for Cancellation
For each day of arbitration or mediation: $4,500.00
For a cancellation within 30 days of a scheduled arbitration or mediation: $2,000.00
There is no fee for a cancellation more than 30 days prior to a scheduled hearing date.
There is no charge for travel time.
The above schedule does not include disbursements or HST.
