$700 per reserved date if notification is received more than 30 days prior to the hearing date; $1,850 per reserved date if notification is received 30 days or less prior to the hearing date; $600 in case of an expedited arbitration (s.49, OLRA) where the date has been scheduled by the Minister of Labour; $250 if the date is used for another hearing.
