Aaron Lemkow has worked in-house for the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) since 2018. He has represented the PSAC and its members in both official languages in grievance arbitrations, human rights complaints, unfair labour practice and bad faith bargaining complaints, health and safety matters, and judicial review applications. He has appeared before private arbitrators and labour boards in federal, provincial, and territorial jurisdictions, as well as the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.

Aaron obtained his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2015, where he was the recipient of the Stuart Clarke Lane Memorial Prize in Administrative Law and the R. Graham Murray Prize in Evidence. He articled at a regional law firm in Halifax and clerked at the Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa before his call to the Bar in 2017. He lives in Toronto.
