Alison Warrian is Senior Manager, Labour Relations for the Ontario Public School Boards’ Association, the designated employer bargaining agency for 31 English public school boards and 10 school authorities. In this capacity, she provides labour relations and human resources advisory services to member school boards, leads preparation for central bargaining, and acts as spokesperson for education worker bargaining tables. She previously practised labour law and later held progressively senior labour relations roles at the provincial government. She is a graduate of Trent University, York University, and Osgoode Hall Law School.
