Alissa Goldberg is a civil litigator representing clients on a wide range of workplace and career matters. She is a dedicated advocate, providing practical and thoughtful advice to her clients.

Alissa advises both employer and employee clients on a range of matters including, employment contracts, rights and remedies in the event of wrongful or constructive dismissal, obligations and duties relating to workplace investigations, oppression remedies, human rights and occupational health and safety violations, breach of contract and other employment related issues. Alissa has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario.
Alissa joined KBA Partners LLP in 2020, after working for a plaintiff-side litigation boutique for several years.

Alissa received her J.D. from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law and was called to the bar in 2014. Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University, and a Master of Health Administration from Dalhousie University. Alissa is a community member of the Mount Sinai Hospital Research Ethics Board, and a volunteer with the Ontario Pro Bono Hotline.
