Alycia Shaw is Labour Relations Counsel to the Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), the largest airline pilot union in the world, representing pilots across the Canadian airlines. Prior to joining ALPA, Alycia held positions at a union-side labour firm and in-house positions with unions, including the largest union in Canada. She has exclusively represented unions and workers in all aspects of labour law, across many sectors, and regularly appears before administrative tribunals and arbitration boards.
