Aminah Hanif joined Cavalluzzo LLP in 2014 after articling with the firm. She advocates on behalf of trade union clients in a broad range of sectors, including construction, transportation, and media. Aminah represents clients in various matters, including grievance arbitrations, certification applications, occupational health and safety matters, judicial reviews, and appeals. She appears before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and a variety of other administrative tribunals. Aminah also provides advice on policy issues and legislative reform.
