Andrew Follwell is the Vice President of Labour Relations and HR Shared Services at Sobeys Inc. In his role, Andrew leads two distinct but integrated functions. As the Vice President of Labour Relations Andrew and his team are responsible for creating a positive and progressive labour relations environment while ensuring the fair and consistent treatment of all employees. In HR Shared Services, Andrew and his team are responsible for Sobeys Health and Safety, payroll, and the HR Service Centre. Prior to joining Sobeys Inc., Andrew was Canadian Labour Relations lead for the Molson Coors Beverage Company overseeing implementation of strategic labour relations practices. Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MIR and BComm. from Queen’s University.
