Anna Maria Moscardelli is a partner with Neuman Thompson in Edmonton. Anna Maria’s primary areas of practice include labour, employment, administrative, and human rights law. She regularly appears before various levels of Court in Alberta, and before administrative tribunals, including: labour arbitration boards, labour relations boards, and the Human Rights Commission. She provides advice regarding labour relations and collective bargaining issues, employment standards, wrongful dismissal, human rights, and privacy law matters. Anna Maria represents a broad cross section of management side clients in all areas of her practice, including organizations in both the public and private sector, governments at the provincial and municipal level, public agencies, health care employers, and educational institutions; private sector clients include industrial, manufacturing and retail undertakings.
Anna Maria holds an LL.B. from the University of Alberta (1988) and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1989. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and is past co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association – Northern Alberta Labour/Employment Law Section.
