Annie McKendy is a labour arbitrator and mediator. She is a member of the OLMAA, the Ontario Grievance Settlement Board. Prior to that, she was a Vice-Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Before becoming an adjudicator, Annie was counsel for the Ontario Nurses’ Association. She was called to the bar in 2007 while clerking at the Federal Court of Canada, where she claims to have been bitten by the adjudication bug.
Annie conducts hearings and mediations in English and in French. Annie holds an LL.M. from Cornell University and an LL.L. (Droit Civil) and an LL.B. (Common Law) from the University of Ottawa.
