Arvin Asadi is a lawyer and investigator at Southern Butler Price LLP (SBP) where he provides neutral services in employment, labour, and human rights law. He has conducted workplace investigations and assessments for employers of all sizes across a wide variety of industries throughout Western Canada.
Prior to joining SBP, Arvin acted as senior legal counsel at the Health Employers Association of BC where he advised and represented employers at arbitration, mediation, and collective bargaining.
Arvin started his legal career as a criminal defence lawyer in Vancouver and has been practising law for over a decade.
