Balraj Dosanjh practises in the areas of labour law, constitutional law, pension and benefits law, and Aboriginal law and Indigenous rights at Cavalluzzo LLP. In her labour practice, Balraj represents trade unions, with a focus on the education and health care sectors.
In her pension and benefits practice, Balraj has provided advice to boards of trustees, plan administrators, trade unions, and individuals on a broad range of pension and benefits issues, including advice regarding legislative compliance, trustee liability, litigation risks, plan restructuring, and governance matters. Balraj has also successfully litigated on issues of disability pension benefits.
Balraj holds a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She was called to the Ontario and Nova Scotia Bars in 2015.
