As Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Brandy leads the execution and advancement of all EDI strategies, projects and initiatives at Canada Post. Brandy works to create safe spaces for employees and customers who come from a diverse range of backgrounds, origins, cultures, genders, identities and abilities.

Brandy also leads Canada Post’s Human Rights and Employment Equity team in treating all employees with fairness and respect to foster a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment. To advance employment equity, she also strives for equal access and removal of barriers to employment opportunities for members of equity-deserving groups.

Brandy is a trusted leader and executive advisor with a Human Resources background and over 17 years of corporate and community EDI experience. She has served as National Chair of Accessibility and national executive EDI committees, in addition to launching Employee Resource Groups and creating inclusive recruitment and retention strategies.

Brandy is a content creator and facilitator of sessions on topics such as Diversity & Inclusion, Equity & Belonging, Allyship, Employee Resource Groups, Accessibility, Unconscious Bias, Gender Equity, Workplace Wellness & Mental Health. Brandy’s passion, knowledge and lived experiences have enabled her to help others learn and grow along their own EDI journeys.
