Since 2019, Caelie Frampton has been the Director of Communications for the Hospital Employees’ Union (HEU). HEU represents 60,000 members delivering health care across British Columbia. HEU members work in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and community services. Caelie believes that communicating with workers requires a member-first, digital-first lens.
