Carla Black is a partner at Rae Christen Jeffries, a management labour and employment law firm established in July 2018. She works with employers ranging from hospitals and municipalities to large and small businesses in the manufacturing, information technology, and social services sectors. Carla regularly provides advice on all areas of labour and employment law, but has a particular interest in issues related to workplace harassment and discrimination.
A graduate of Dalhousie University, Carla holds a B.A. in History and an LL.B, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2009.
