Casey Dockendorff is Partner at Fillion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP, where she has practised since 2011. Casey provides legal advice to clients with respect to employment and labour matters, including employment litigation, wrongful dismissal, human rights, labour relations, employment standards, workplace safety and insurance, and occupational health and safety law. Casey was previously Legal Counsel, Labour and Employment for the Corporation of the City of Mississauga. There, she provided legal advice and representation on behalf of the city with respect to employment and labour matters, including termination opinions, wrongful dismissal, human rights, labour relations (including arbitrations and negotiations), employment standards, workplace safety, and insurance. Casey, who was called to the bar in 2005, has been ranked in the Lexpert Directory since 2021 and Best Lawyers since 2022.
