Christina Kennedy is legal counsel with the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE), which represents over 25,000 public and private employees. She has been with NAPE since 2006 and has represented NAPE and its members in various types of proceedings, including labour arbitrations and judicial reviews and professional discipline hearings. She has appeared in various matters before the Court of Appeal and the Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Relations Board. Christina is also legal counsel for the Memorial University of Newfoundland Faculty Association (MUNFA).

Christina has been the regular employee representative on the Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Relations Board since 2017. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, and the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Christina attended Memorial University of Newfoundland, the University of New Brunswick, and the University of Toronto. She was called to both the Ontario Bar and the Newfoundland Bar in 2005.
