Christina Kennedy is Senior Labour Relations Counsel with Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), the largest airline pilot union in the world representing more than 77,000 pilots at 41 U.S. and Canadian airlines. Prior to working with ALPA, Christina was in-house at the Newfoundland and Labrador Public and Private Employees (NAPE) for 18 years. Christina is primarily a litigator, representing members over the years in various types of proceedings, including labour arbitrations, judicial reviews, professional discipline hearings, long-term disability appeals, Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada appeals, and labour board matters, both provincially and before the Canada Industrial Relations Board. Christina is also legal counsel for the Memorial University of Newfoundland Faculty Association (MUNFA).

Christina has been on the Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Relations Board since 2017, adjudicating labour disputes. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and has served on the council of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers as a N.L. Vice President for the last number of years. Christina also teaches the Bar Admission Courses in Labour Arbitrations and the Labour Relations Board for the N.L. Law Society.
