Colin Johnston is a mediator, arbitrator, and part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. He is based in Windsor, but he practises across Ontario. Colin worked in private practice with a Toronto firm, specializing in labour and employment law, and then led the litigation department of the Ontario Nurses’ Association before becoming a neutral. He has experience working with clients in both the private and public sectors in the areas of health care, education, municipal services, and the manufacturing and service industries. Colin is a frequent speaker at conferences facilitated by Lancaster House, Osgoode Continuing Education, and Western University.

Colin holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Labour Studies and Political Science from McMaster University and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1999.
