Craig Neuman is a senior member of Neuman Thompson, a nationally recognized labour relations and employment law boutique representing employers. His clients include the public and private sector; government at the provincial and municipal level; public agencies, health care employers, and educational institutions; and private sector industrial, manufacturing, resource, transportation, communication, and retail undertakings. Craig provides strategic advice, representation, and advocacy in collective bargaining, rights and interest arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes, labour relations board proceedings, employment standards claims, wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights complaints, and workers’ compensation appeal proceedings. He has appeared before courts at all levels, arbitration tribunals, labour relations boards, workers’ compensation tribunals, employment standards umpires, and human rights tribunals.

Craig received an LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 1982 and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1983. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE), and he has served on the CACE Board of Directors from 2009 to 2012.
