Dan Bokenfohr is a partner in McLennan Ross LLP’s Edmonton office and a member of the Labour and Employment Practice Group. He is an accomplished litigator and advisor to union and non-union employers with respect to labour, employment, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, and administrative law issues. He is well-versed in termination issues, human rights complaints, grievance arbitrations, labour relations board matters, and workplace investigations. Dan is a frequent writer and speaker on labour and employment, human rights, workers’ compensation, and occupational health and safety issues.
Dan holds a BComm. and LL.B. from the University of Alberta. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2004 and Northwest Territories Bar in 2018.
