Daniel McBain is a senior associate at Moore Edgar Lyster LLP, where he represents trade unions and non-union employees in the areas of labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law, with a particular emphasis on privacy and human rights issues. He has appeared before federal and provincial labour arbitrators and boards, human rights tribunals, and the B.C. Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. In addition to his litigation practice, Daniel offers training and education opportunities to his clients and social justice community groups.
