David Conway is a labour arbitrator, lawyer and the immediate past Chairperson of the Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Relations Board. He has over twenty years of experience in the fields of labour law and administrative law. David has appeared at various levels of Court including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been involved in numerous types of proceedings, including judicial reviews, workers’ compensation hearings, employment insurance hearings, human rights cases, collective agreement negotiations and statutory reviews. David has presented educational seminars to groups throughout Canada, is an instructor in the NL Bar Admission Course and is on the Roster of Arbitrators for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

David holds a B.A. (1996) from McGill University and an LL.B. (1999) from the University of New Brunswick. He was called to the Ontario Bar before being called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar.
