David Orfald was a full-time member of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) from 2018 to 2023 and now sits as a part-time member. He has issued more than 50 decisions from across the FPSLREB’s jurisdiction, including grievances, complaints, applications, and interest arbitrations. Prior to the Board, he spent 20 years working at a senior level at the Public Service Alliance of Canada, particularly in the area of collective bargaining.
