Dev Chankasingh is an arbitrator and workplace investigator. He practised labour and employment law (primarily for employers) for several years before commencing a practice as a neutral in January 2012. Since then, he has conducted numerous investigations as an outside neutral in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. Issues investigated by Dev include: workplace harassment, bullying, human rights (including race-based discrimination and sexual harassment), whistleblower complaints (including municipal code of conduct complaints), complaints against school division employees (including teacher misconduct complaints), and workplace safety.
