Diana Sanginesi has been employed as a worker adviser with the Office of the Worker Adviser since 2016. Ms. Sanginesi has been a registered paralegal since 2008 and was employed from 1996 to 2016 at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal as a senior legal worker and Alternative Dispute Resolution Officer. Prior to this, she received an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She also holds a Certificate in Applied and Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution and Civil Justice from the University of Windsor.
