Diane Laranja is a partner with Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP in its Toronto office. Diane focuses her practice in many areas of labour and employment law, including human rights and accommodation, grievance arbitration, workers’ compensation, and health and safety.
Diane advises employers and managers on their workplace issues and has represented her clients before labour arbitrators, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the courts, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She has also spent time with the Public Service Labour Relations Board.
Diane holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
