Elise has been a sought-after speaker, sharing her expertise in disability management with organizations such as the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Association, the B.C. Municipalities Safety Association, BC Forest Safety Council, and the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering. Additionally, she is a certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor with the Canadian Mental Health Association, further solidifying her commitment to promoting workplace well-being.
