Emily is a consultant with HR Atlantic and a lawyer with HR Atlantic Law. Emily conducts workplace investigations and workplace assessments for public sector clients and private companies. She also practices in the areas of labour and employment law, human rights and administrative law. Emily was called to the bar in Prince Edward Island in 2014 and called to the bar in Nova Scotia in 2022.
Before attending law school at the University of New Brunswick, Emily worked in the provincial government in Newfoundland and Labrador and in the Senate of Canada.
