Erica Sandhu is a lawyer at Hastings Labour Law Office LLP. Erica has practised union-side labour law her entire legal career and has represented public and private sector unions before various administrative tribunals including the B.C. Labour Relations Board and grievance arbitration boards, and she regularly represents union members in professional regulatory proceedings. Erica has also presented to trade unionists on various legal topics.
Erica grew up in Kitimat, B.C. While attending The University of British Columbia (UBC) for undergraduate studies, graduate school, and law school, Erica was actively involved in social justice advocacy.
