Erin Cutler is the Senior Director, Legal Services and General Counsel at the Health Employers Association of British Columbia (HEABC). She articled at a leading labour law firm before joining HEABC as a consultant in February 2009. In her current role as Senior Director, Erin supervises a team of lawyers that acts as in-house legal counsel for member employers on matters that have provincial impact. Erin has extensive arbitration experience and has represented clients at arbitration, mediation, and before the Labour Relations Board, and has participated in five rounds of collective bargaining on behalf of HEABC with two different health sector bargaining associations.
Erin holds an LL.B. from Queen’s University and a BComm. majoring in industrial relations from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2008.
