Gabriel (Gab) Joshee-Arnal practises in all areas of labour and employment law for employers. Gab has extensive litigation experience; he has appeared on behalf of clients before arbitrators in grievance arbitrations, before tribunals including the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal and the Alberta Labour Relations Board, and at all levels of court in Alberta. Gab has also acted for clients in a range of union and non-union matters in Saskatchewan. In addition, Gab provides strategic advice to clients related to a range of labour relations issues, for both private and public sector employers (including post-secondary institutions). He acts as a lead spokesperson for several clients in collective bargaining.

Gab is fluently bilingual and offers legal services to clients in both French and English. Gab also provides the community with legal information and advice through his volunteer activities with the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Alberta, a representative body for French language legal professionals in Alberta.

Gab holds a B.C.L. and an LL.B. from McGill University and a B.A. in political science from the University of Alberta. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2014 and the Saskatchewan Bar in 2017.
