Grace Skowronski is a lawyer at the Canada Post Corporation, working in the labour and employment group. In that role, she advises the corporation in all areas of labour, employment, and human rights law, including providing strategic advice on various corporate issues and initiatives. She is also involved in collective bargaining. In 2019, Grace obtained a Certificate in Pension Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and provides advice to Canada Post on pension-related matters for unionized and non-unionized employees.
Prior to joining Canada Post, Grace worked in private practice and has taught Contemporary Issues in Employment Law at the University of Ottawa in the Common Law department. Grace has also completed the Association of Workplace Investigators’ Training Institute.
Grace holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. from the University of Waterloo. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
