They/Them

Jadine Lannon is a human rights, employment, and labour lawyer and workplace investigator living and working on the territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations, in an area with the colonial name “Vancouver”. They have spent the bulk of their legal career practicing union-side labour law and employee/complainant-side employment and human rights law, with a particular focus on advancing the rights of queer, trans, and racialized folks. They currently work at Forte Workplace Law, a boutique law firm focused on workplace law in all its forms.
