James Kondopulos is a founding member and partner (practising through a law corporation) at Vancouver-based employment and labour law boutique, Roper Greyell LLP. He is frequently recommended as a strong advocate, having represented employers and senior employees before all levels of court and a wide range of workplace-related administrative tribunals in British Columbia. James was named by Lexpert as one of Canada’s leading lawyers under 40. For a number of years, he has been recognized by his peers as a leading lawyer in employment and labour law and listed in Best Lawyers International. James is also repeatedly ranked as a leading employment and labour lawyer in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and by Who’s Who Legal and Chambers Canada.
James holds an LL.B. and a B.Comm (Hon.) from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2004. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia and Yukon (CPHR BC & Yukon) and holds the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
