Jeff Marwick is the Director of Regional Employers Services for Metro Vancouver. He and his team provide human resources and labour relations services to 21 municipalities and one Treaty First Nation in the Metro Vancouver region. Jeff has over 25 years of labour relations and collective bargaining experience within both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Metro Vancouver, having transitioned from the Post-Secondary Employers’ Association, he oversaw the labour relations for BC Hydro, FortisBC, and the City of Surrey, serving as chief spokesperson through multiple rounds of bargaining. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the University of British Columbia, a post-diploma in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
