Dr. Jen Magnus is the founder and president of Magnus Consulting. Jen is a retired 14-year police veteran and has acquired the ability to conduct workplace assessments/audits, research, and workplace investigations, where she consistently applies the skills of trauma-informed interviewing. Jen also offers trauma-informed interview training to public and private organizations. Jen is a named assessor with the Office of Sport and Integrity Commission (OSIC) and a workplace investigator with the Government of Canada. Jen is an assistant professor in the public safety program at Laurier University and a sessional instructor for the applied justice studies degree at Lethbridge College.
Jen holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Northcentral University in San Diego, California, where she was awarded the Golden Key International Honour Society award. She also holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Boston University.
