Jena Montgomery is senior counsel at the Department of Justice Canada and represents the Attorney General of Canada in a wide variety of labour and employment law litigation. Previously, Jena was a Crown prosecutor in Nunavut and also provided legal assistance to the Jamaican Ministry of Justice, including the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions as it undertook justice sector reform.
Jena holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
