Jena Montgomery is Senior Counsel at the Department of Justice Canada and has represented the Attorney General of Canada in a wide variety of labour and employment law litigation. Previously, Jena was a Crown prosecutor in Nunavut and provided legal assistance to the Jamaican Ministry of Justice, including the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions as it undertook justice sector reform.
