Jennifer Devins is a partner at Roper Greyell in Vancouver, where she provides strategic advice and representation in all areas of workplace law, with a particular focus on human rights matters. Jennifer has represented clients at labour arbitrations, the B.C. Labour Relations Board, the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, all levels of B.C. courts, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She practiced at a large national firm before joining Roper Greyell in 2008.

Jennifer holds a B.A. and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia and was called to the B.C. Bar in 2006, following a year as a law clerk at the B.C. Supreme Court.
