Jeremy Bryant practises labour and employment law as an associate lawyer at Banister & Company, a boutique union-side firm. He has represented union clients, individuals, and employers from diverse industries before various administrative tribunals, including: labour arbitrations (provincial and federal), B.C. Labour Relations Board, Canada Industrial Relations Board, B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, and Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal. Jeremy is also a decision maker as a member of the B.C. Employment Standards Tribunal.
Jeremy enjoys providing labour education and has done so for Lancaster House and the Canadian Labour Congress. He has volunteered as an Ombudsperson for BC Hockey and on the board of directors at a housing cooperative.
Before starting his legal career, Jeremy served as Provincial First Vice-President of the BC Ferry & Marine Workers’ Union. He holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. Communications with First Class Honours from Simon Fraser University.
