Jessica Greenwood

Jessica Greenwood is a partner with RavenLaw LLP and leads the firm’s Kingston office. She practises in the areas of labour, employment, and administrative law. Jessica has been successfully advocating on behalf of unions and employees her entire career. Before joining Raven Law, Jessica worked at one of the largest trade unions in the country, where she regularly appeared before labour arbitration boards. She also represents individual employees in court, as well as before administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Jessica also teaches Human Rights in the Workplace in the Masters of Industrial Relations program at Queen’s University

Jessica holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Labour Studies from McMaster University and completed the joint M.I.R./J.D. program at Queen’s University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
