Jill Houlihan is a partner with Pink Larkin in Halifax. Her practice includes union-side labour law, professional regulation, and employment law throughout Atlantic Canada. She regularly appears before grievance arbitrators, labour boards, and professional regulatory bodies. She has also represented clients in constitutional challenges and judicial review applications at the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Nova Scotia Election Commission.
Jill holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from Dalhousie University. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2009, the Nova Scotia bar in 2010, and the P.E.I. bar in 2023.
