Judith Allen is the Principal of AIM (arbitration, investigation, mediation). She was one of the founding partners of Raven, Allen, Cameron, Ballantyne & Yazbeck and practised union-side labour law, complainant-side human rights law, and employee-side employment law from 1989 to 2005. Judith has represented clients in the federal, provincial, and territorial jurisdictions in both the public and private sectors. Since January 2005, she has acted as an arbitrator, and in August 2008, she was added to the Ministry of Labour’s List of Arbitrators. Judith was a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario from 2011 to 2013.
Judith holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa’s Common Law Program (1987). She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989.
