Judith Parisien is a partner in Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP’s Labour and Employment Law group in Ottawa. She focuses her practice on management side labour law and employment litigation, and advises clients on a variety of labour and employment matters, including employment standards, wrongful dismissal, workplace investigations, employment contracts, executive compensation, EDI, labour arbitrations, labour conflicts, negotiations, and human rights. An important portion of Judith’s work is also centered around representing and advising Ontario school boards in different labour relations matters and education law.
Judith has represented clients before courts and administrative tribunals, including boards of arbitration, provincial tribunals, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal. She also regularly speaks at conferences and to groups of management employees on a wide variety of employment and labour matters. Fluently bilingual, Judith practises in French as well as in English.
