Kaity Cooper is a vice-chair with the British Columbia Labour Relations Board. Previously Kaity was general counsel with the Hospital Employees’ Union (HEU) in British Columbia and prior to that practised in administrative law at a Vancouver-based social justice organization.
Kaity holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2010), where she received the Law Society Gold Medal and Prize, and a M.St. in International Human Right Law from the University of Oxford (2019), where she received the Morris Prize for finishing first in her class. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012.
