Dr. Karen Desrosiers is an obstetrician-gynecologist and a physician certified in menopause by The Menopause Society. She studied medicine and did her specialization at the University of Sherbrooke, province of Quebec. From 2004 to 2015, Dr. Desrosiers was a valued member of the obstetrics and gynecology team at The Moncton Hospital and an adjunct professor at Dalhousie University and Memorial University. She has been with Horizon Health Network in New Brunswick since 2004 and since 2020 at the Reconnect Health Center in Moncton, a clinic specializing in women’s health. She has developed an interest in vulvovaginal pathologies as well as menopause and is the Atlantic representative on the board of directors of the Canadian Menopause Society. Dr. Desrosiers actively contributes to the dissemination of medical knowledge by giving medical conferences in addition to various media appearances.
