Keith Burkhardt is a lawyer in the Toronto labour and employment firm Sherrard Kuzz LLP. Keith regularly appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and labour arbitrators and has focused his practice on the representation of management in a number of areas including: addressing union applications for certification, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, employment contracts and terminations, Ontario Labour Relations Board proceedings, and occupational health and safety and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board issues. He is also a member of the Ontario Labour Relations Board Advisory Committee where he provides insight and feedback to the Labour Board regarding its policies, practices and rules.
Keith holds a BComm. (Hons.) (2000) from Lakehead University and an M.I.R. (2001) and a J.D. (2004) from the University of Toronto. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005.
