Kevin Kindred joined the Labour, Employment and Human Rights group at the Nova Scotia Department of Justice in 2015, representing the Nova Scotia government in grievance arbitrations, labour board matters, and human rights complaints.
Before joining the Department, Kevin practised for 13 years in labour, employment, human rights, and privacy law, both as in-house counsel and in a law-firm environment. Additionally, he is a part-time faculty member at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he teaches privacy law.
