Kirsty Niglas-Collins is a Partner of Unified LLP in downtown Toronto. She has devoted her career to the field of labour law by providing advocacy on behalf of unions, employees, and regulated professionals. Throughout her career, Kirsty has acted for unions and their members at grievance arbitrations, human rights tribunals, professional regulatory colleges, and labour arbitrations.
In addition, she has also appeared at the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Currently, as one of four partners and owners of Unified LLP, Kirsty continues her advocacy and litigation as she manages the Labour and Professional Regulation departments. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers and the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) in the Labour and Employment sector.
Kirsty holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of St. Andrews. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
